Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if:

Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Products marked as Final Sale

Items returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return

Email our customer service team at support@fitfuel.ae with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable).

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item to our warehouse.

Upon inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If the item was returned due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. If you prefer a different item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
